The paper reflects on the phenomenon of investment attractiveness and its assessment. Investment opportunities and potential of regions of Ukraine are analyzed. Regions are ranked according to their level of investment potential and the degree of investment risks, as well as an experience of previous investment activity in the region. Ranked groups of regions are considered for further marketing approach to be implemented with the aim to propose investment strategies for every particular region/group of regions to attract maximum efficient volume of investing. A comparative analysis of regional investment opportunities in the efficiency pro le is held, regions-leaders are highlighted. The novelty of this paper mostly is about the proposed so-called territorial investment marketing, based on the results of a comprehensive monitoring of the regional investment climate of Ukraine. The research is focused on potential investors, governors, investment advisers and analytics.
