Abstract

The article investigates the main factors affecting the process of forming human resources. We consider the definition of enterprises’ labor force, systemize impacts on the formation of human resources according to their level of appearance (the factors that occur at macro level and factors that occur at the level of microsystem), investigate the factors influencing the performance of each employee in the organization, propose questionnaire to assess satisfaction of employees and determine their motivational potential. On the basis of the analysis of the questionnaire of employees’ satisfaction of an enterprise of the sugar industry in Ukraine measures to improve this indicator are proposed.
